What we ask for, and why.

Your request is read by Alex Yong Kun Kim, RCIC, CICC College ID R413479. His licence can be checked on the CICC Public Register.

Only the fields you fill in:

• Your name and email address
• Your citizenship
• Your current immigration status and its last day
• Your year of birth, if you give it
• Whether your employer has a Canadian office
• Anything you write in the notes field

The three-question panel on the home page runs in your browser. If you carry its answers over to this form, they travel inside your browser tab, not through the address bar, and reach us only when you submit.

To assess your consultation request and reply to it. Citizenship, status and dates are what decide which routes are open to you, so without them the first call starts from zero.

We do not use these details for advertising, and we do not sell or trade them.

Please do not send passport numbers, UCI numbers, financial information or documents through this form. If we need them later, we will tell you how to send them securely.

Submitting the form delivers your request to our office. This website keeps no database of requests and sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Delivery runs through our email provider, which handles the message on servers outside Canada. The site itself is hosted outside Canada, and its typefaces load from a font service, so opening any page here sends your IP address and browser details to those providers. That includes the page you are reading now.

Your request stays in our email and client records for as long as we may need it to answer you or to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed consultant. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless a rule requires us to keep it.

Submitting this request does not create a consultant-client relationship. That begins only when we agree in writing to act for you.
